For this project, you’ll plan and track your tasks in Autodesk Flow with guidance from our Production Managers. Each of you will bid your time estimates in Capacity Points (1hr = 1pt) for each deliverable and submit your planned timeline in this thread. Production Managers will work with you to ensure your tasks are organized and timelines are feasible.

- Bid Your Estimates: Based on your schedule and capacity, bid time estimates (in points) for each task in the organic prop pipeline:
- PureRef Board
- Stub
- Block-in
- High Poly
- Optimization
- Texturing
- Integration
- Create Tasks in Autodesk Flow:
- Coordinate with your assigned Production Manager to add each pipeline step as a task in Flow.
- Include Task Name, Estimated Time in Points, and Planned Due Date for each task.
- In each task's description, record how long it actually took you to complete it. Keep your estimated time unchanged for comparison purposes. Be honest about your completion times.
- Keep your status current (in progress, done, waiting, etc.)
- Screenshot Submission:
- Take a screenshot of your Flow board showing all tasks, due dates, and point estimates.
- Submit your screenshot in this forum thread along with your total point estimate for completing the organic prop.
