Assignment: Please post the photo of the character you're drawing, the pose you're drawing, and the final drawing.
This is all that figure drawing is, the only difference is where each reference comes from, either from the real world (either from memory or from direct observation,) or from your imagination.
If it looks right, even if it's wrong, it's right.
If it looks wrong, even if it's right, it's wrong.
And
You're always going to go towards the default.
And
You have to make people FEEL something with every work of art you make. Good artists are PRECISE with exactly how they want their audience to feel.
Those are the only things I've taught you over the semester, over and over. Now just do that over a lifetime
