For this project, you’ll plan and track your tasks in our shared Teams Planner. Each of you will bid your time estimates in the form of Points (1hr = 1pt) for each deliverable and submit your planned timeline in this thread. Follow the guidelines below to complete your Sprint Planning submission.

- Bid Your Estimates: Based on your schedule and capacity, bid time estimates (in points) for each task required to complete your organic prop:
- PureRef Board
- Stub
- Block-in
- High Poly
- Optimization
- Texturing
- Integration
- Create Tasks in Microsoft Planner: For each step in the pipeline, add a task in Planner. Ensure each task includes:
- Task Name
- Estimated time in points
- Your planned due date for completing this step
- In the description, list how long it took you to complete the task. Leave your Estimated Time alone. Be honest with how long it took you to complete the task.
- Screenshot Submission:
- Take a screenshot of your Planner board showing your tasks, due dates, and point estimates.
- Submit your screenshot in this forum thread along with your total point estimate for completing the organic prop. Example Forum Post:
