• Analyze your dialogue reference; annotate the key poses & label what part of the word the mouth shape is supposed to signify (example: "m" in "my" / "fr" in "friends")
• Do a first pass of the lip sync with only 5 basic controls (jaw, top/bottom lip, left/right lip corners)
