1. Strained, shaky to controlled/purposeful.
( ADHD-having character regains control of their hand).

2. Finger tapping, to pacified.
( Another ADHD-haver is caught finger tapping and shyly returns to a pacified pose).

1) scared close hands to ninja swings of confidence.
2) Scared to pet a dog to slow confidence in petting.

Idea 1:
Hands resting (or doing some action) then hand moves and accidently knocks over a cup, hands freaking out

Idea 2:
cooking a tortilla and while trying to grab it t flip it, hand gets burned, hands freak out and hand holds burned hand in "owwwuchhh"

hands on hips and chest up displaying reassurance. a monster starts creaking from the closet door, the person frantically shuts the door with both hands, hiding the secret and claiming there is nothing to see here (approved)
