I would like to do a remastered model of Spyro. Going off of the first model from "Spyro the Dragon" which released in 1998.

Approved. I'd like you to think of a much more realistic version of Spyro though. The Marcus Whinney example is a good one - but hopefully you'll have more sophisticated shaders than that one.
