I want to propose a 2d animation walkcycle on procreate of Link from the leyend of zelda, riding a horse with a scrolling background, depicting the castle, forest, lake, bridge.

So the assignment on the syllabus is:

Using Procreate (iOS), ToonBoom, Photoshop, AfterEffects or some other 2D animation package. Create a 20 second animation clip (at least 12 fps) that includes at least one walk cycle and dialog between two characters. Must include background.

Your proposal is just a walk cycle. It's missing the dialog and wouldn't be 20 seconds....

i want to change my proposal. I want to make 5 cycle animations using this rigs. the cycles are selected to be as diverse as possible

5 walk cycles are good....however, they need to be from the original reference. So don't use (as reference) someone else's 3D work or a video of a real person walking. Find the original walks from the original pieces, and post those for approval.
