Idea proposal by Austin Briller


My idea proposal is a Pokémon like turn based RPG game where the trainer would be historic animators while the “Pokémon” will be their creations. There will be 5 different trainers for the player to choose from,

Chuck Jones - Pokémon will be Road Runner, Pepe LePew

Ub Iwerks - Pokémon will be Oswald and Mortimer

Bob McKinsom - Pokémon will be Yosemite Sam and Sylvester Cat

Friz Freleng - Pokémon will be Tasmanian Devil and Foghorn Leghorn

Winsor McCay - Pokémon will be Gertie and little Nemo



Players will have 4 options to choose from while it is there turn, to attack to switch Pokémon, to heal, and to defend.


Attack will allow the selected Pokémon to attack the opponents Pokémon

Heal allows the selected Pokémon to heal a certain amount

Switch will switch between the two Pokémon if the other is still alive

Defend will defend against the opponent Pokémon next attack


stats and attacks for the pokemon will be based on things like creation date, animation style of the author, how popular the character is, etc.

Approved. The big thing here will be making sure the history parts are front and center and that we're seeing clear resource and reference in the game play. I don't want to just see another re-skin of Pokemon. Be sure its a History of Animaiton project.
