The Artstation entry is almost good to go, I'd love to see the following applied before we call it:
1. More intense expressions on their faces
2. Tweaks to the knight's crotch area - the chain mail has some stretching and clipping issues there.
3. Have the knight's cloak react to the wind similarly to how the archer's cloak does,
4. Th knight's chain mail and a few other areas are still too clean, add some more natural variation in hue as well as value.
5. I think adding some neutral poses of the character individually would help as well.

2. Where's your reference? Have reference up at all times while working on your art.
3. Save your work! Back up your work on multiple machines/clouds - the machines are not your friends.
4. Take your breaks - walk away, stretch your back, legs, arms, and look away from the screen.
5. Adapt.
