Due before class (6:00pm): (10/28/24)
A "Work in Progress" (WIP) assignment in digital sculpting refers to an intermediate stage of a sculpting project where you present your ongoing work before reaching the final completed piece.
In a WIP assignment, you are required to share your progress, demonstrate your sculpting skills, and receive feedback from your instructors or peers to refine your work further.
This WIP serves as a foundational step in the asset creation process designed to assess your ability to accurately translate 2D concept art into 3D form through what we refer to as the Block-in process.
The NERF Gun Block-In should be complete and the refinement of all shapes should be taking place. I would expect you are using the Hard Surface techniques covered in class utilizing ZModeler, Crease, and Dynamic Subdivisions.
