Must be walking forward
- Create contact poses first(Frame 0,12,24,36,48)
- Rotation in front foot
- Foot roll in back foot
- Then passing positions (Frame 6, 18, 30, 42)
- Ty and Foot roll should be at 0 on standing foot
- '4' shape
- Body goes up
- Then up and down positions
- Down Position
- Front foot plants
- Body goes down
- Up Position
- Body goes up a little
- Down Position
