ANGD 1312 | Hard Surface Modeling (Sec 03) 2024 | Chair Second Pass

Post a link to your online project folder as well as screenshots of your chair progress.

In the 2nd Pass phase, the artist continues to refine the model and add more detail.
This will involve adding even more polygons to increase the level of detail further.
The goal of this phase is to create a highly detailed and realistic version of the model.

    • Post three side-by-comparison images of your chair and your chair reference.
    • One from the side one from the front and one three quarter.
    • Give feedback on the current progress of your classmates' chairs
    • This is due by 5:59 PM

You did an amazing job on the curves of the bars. I cannot wait to see how it looks when it is finished.

I like your chair it looks really similar to your reference! However, I would make the cushion on the chair just a little smaller if you are trying to make it look as close as your reference as possible. :)

I love your chair so far. One small thing I would change is curve the top corners of the back cushion a bit in order for it to match the front cushion.

I like that you were able to get the angles for your chair. I would say that you need to fix the base of your chair as the base is thicker than your reference images. Great Progress!

I like your chair proportions, don’t forget to make the leather look like it’s being hugged very tightly.

Your chair is really taking shape to the one on your ref. In your front view of your chair the poles are a little wobbly ghjyukiju
