the part that connects the base to the lamp main body is too big, try making it smaller and curve into it more like it does in the reference photo

The stem of your lamp is too thick. Not sure if there's distortion from your persp camera but your lamp looks shorter than your reference.

the lamp rod and base are just a bit tooo thick if you thing them out and make them longer it will look like your reference more

the lamp shade needs to curve out more like it does in the reference image and it needs the switch thats near the middle of the body, but it does look good overall!

The lamp is really cool and looks similar to the reference. However the back of the chair looks squished making it look a little bit off.

The corners of your rug are rounder than the ones on your reference. The lamp is looking good though.
