Pipes: Create modular pipe pieces (e.g., straight, curved, T-junction, etc.) suitable for assembly.
Crate or Barrel: Model, UV map, and texture a crate or barrel for your scene.
Hero Prop: Perform a second modeling pass to refine and improve your hero prop.

Take a screenshot of your crate or barrel inside the zoo map.
Place reference images next to the crate or barrel for comparison.

    3. Hero Prop:
Take a screenshot of your hero prop in Maya, showcasing the refinements.

    4. World Tiling Material:
Take a screenshot of your world tiling material graph in your material editor.

    5. Wall Section:
Take a screenshot of a wall section inside the zoo map with the world tiling material applied.

      Hi Brandin!

Your crate looks really great! Very realistic from what I can see!

However, it looks like you're missing your T-Junction part of your pipe parts. I'd suggest modeling it and adding that in when you can.

I also cannot tell what exactly you're referencing with your hero prop, but it looks pretty good nonetheless!

Lastly, I'd adjust your curved pipe part so that it's not clipping through the ground in Unreal Engine.

Other than the missing pipe part, I think you did a good job!

Hello, hello! I just wanted to say that your crate prop looks absolutely wonderful—great job on the overall design! The details are fantastic, and it really comes together nicely. One small suggestion I have is to adjust the pipe material just a bit. It appears a little shinier in the model compared to the reference, where the pipes seem more matte and less reflective. But overall, fantastic work!

        Hey!
Everything is looking great so far! The only thing i would say is to probably try and soften the edges on your crate as they are very harsh compared to the reference. Besides that, keep up the great work!

Hey Victoria, everything is looking amazing so far, the only thing I would recommend is fixing up the crate just a bit, in the reference it looks like it a softer edge, other than that everything is amazing especially your hero prop!

        Hi Noah!

I think the basic blockout of your crate looks really good! The texturing and modeling both look very realistic!

However, I do see that you are missing some of the extra details on the side and the top of your crate. I'd suggest modeling and texturing those whenever you can.

Also, it looks like you might be missing the texture on your pipes. I'd add that in as well, but the modeling looks great!

        Other than that, great job!

Hi Alexa, your textures look amazing. I love the pipe texture details and your hero prop. It does look like you're still working on the create/Barrel, although it still looks good so far.

        Hi Yasmin!

I really like the texturing of your pipes! They look very realistic!

However, I did notice that you're missing the T-Junction of your pipe parts. I'd suggest modeling and texturing that whenever you can.

Also, while you did do a great job on the basic modeling of your hero prop, I noticed that there's a lack of depth on it. I'd increase the thickness on it to make it look more like the reference photo you have.

Lastly, the texturing on your crate doesn't seem to match your reference (the extra buttons(?) on your reference photo don't seem to be there on your model either, but then again, it could just be the angle that you took the screenshot that made it so I can't see it. I'm not entirely sure if you did it or not), I'd suggest fixing that as well.

Good job on everything so far!

        Hi Yasmin!

I like your modeling, and I think it looks accurate to your reference.

One thing that I would suggest is adding little scratch texture on your crate would make it look more beautiful and accurate to your modeling but overall, your modeling looks great!

        Great Job!!
