- Work matches the style of the employer (Blizzard - World of Warcraft).
- Body mechanics are solid and believable.
- The chosen personality is apparent.
- Polish is added to the pieces, such as timing and spacing variation, timing offset, overlap/drag, and tracked arcs through the body and weapon.
