Problem Description:
A student had an issue trying to access the Wacom's tablet properties. A pop-up message stated "Your device is not responding. Try turning off your computer and turning it back on again. If that does not work, please contact Customer Support, and we can help" when the student followed the instructions the machine became stuck on the boot-up Dell screen.
