Lab Pass (After Hours)

Process:

1. Fill out your name, ID, etc...
2. Be sure to include the studio course that you are enrolled in.
3. Have the full-time faculty member of that studio course sign this form.
   1. (they will only sign it if you have a signed Lab Access Agreement on file).
4. Take the signed form to the Police Station for stamping and approval.

This pass is invalid until all of the above steps have been completed. It is not instantaneous, so plan ahead.
