Same criteria as the Spidey 360:
Pay attention to where the weight is at all times
Don’t lift a foot without releasing the weight first (anticipation )
Look at the up and downs in your video ref ( this will help sell the weight)
Don’t lift the foot flat off the ground, it should peel off from the heel or toe
Avoid having both feet move at the same time (makes the character feel weightless)
Apply the same principles (overshoot, settle, squash/stretch etc)
Lead with something ( root first, then leading foot, etc )
Hip rotation!! Where is the weight…..
Character needs to turn 180, pause for a beat, and then complete the next 180 to do a full 360 turn around
Character must come to a proper settle at the end
Overlap the upper body
