Responsibilities:
Consistently produce high-quality character animations under tight deadlines, with the least amount of direction.
Be capable of bringing to life characters for a broad spectrum of styles, from realistic to stylized.
Infuse character and attitude into static object / character animations.
Evaluate specs quickly and create original high-quality animation.
Take created animations from source through game integration.
Work closely with Lead Animator and Art Director to achieve best quality in deliverables., but also be able to work independently and without close supervision with regular check-ins.
Apply feedback received from peers to improve projects.
Respond quickly and effectively to new demands, priorities, or changes in direction.
Help create solutions to various production problems related to the creation and implementation of animation assets.
