    General Workflow Question - Extracting from within ZBrush

    So Ron...I just wanted to be sure I understood your pipeline that you discussed in the ZBrush Bootcamp. It sounded as though your pipeline did not include extracting maps (diffuse, AO, normals, etc...) from within ZBrush - but rather doing those sorts of transfers outside (Maya Transfer Maps, or xNormal, etc...); and this was largely because ZBrush wasn't a real great UV editing tool.

    Is that accurate?

    Absolutely. You can start with the maps from Zbrush but I wouldn't use them for production right out of the box. Zbrush is all about sculpting and creation, not necessarily production.
