Super Meat boy has been out for a while. If you like platformers. It's pretty awesome. The controls are very tight. The levels are really short and simple. They usually take about 5 to 10 seconds to complete. The cut scenes have little bit of dark humor and parody well known video game franchises like street fighter. It is definitely is influenced by old school games. The warp zone levels change in graphical style to emulate a particular gaming platform. Some warp zones have an atari look. Some have a nintendo 8 bit look. Some, a game boy and super game boy look. Normally the game is on steam for $15. But they often bundle it with other indie games or have for $5 on a holiday weekend.
