I just "made" a new avatar for myself, but it's telling me that I can't upload animated avatars, but my current avatar is clearly animated. Can something be done about that?

no, it's from the episode "Megadoomer" and when Zim is explaining the big robot to Gir and asks if he understands, Gir goes "oooooo" and the following crazyness and then abruptly stops.
