Problem: Runs extremely slow.

A list of the other computers I ran into problems with just in case I forgot to mention them.
AD407-08: Same admin problem as before. Need to sign in as admin to let substance painter install.
AD407-07: Could not open Substance Painter at all. Ran slow. & screens went black multiple times.
AD406-15, 14, & 11: Needed Unity Licenses.
AD400-02: Same admin problem as before. Need to sign in as admin to let substance painter install.
