On Frame 1: Adjusted the Rotation of the hip so that the hip favors the planted foot
On Frame 1: Translated the hip on the x-axis to favor the planted foot
On Frame 3: Translated right foot oo the z-axis to equal frame 1 minus the heel roll
On Frame 6: Adjusted the Rotation of the hip so that the hip favors the planted foot
On Frame 6: Translated the root on the y-axis higher
On Frame 12: Translated the hip on the x-axis to favor the planted foot
On Frame 12: Adjusted the Rotation of the hip to favor the planted foot
On Frame 12: Adjusted the Translation on the z-axis to extend the left foot further forward
On Frame 12: Adjusted the Heel Roll on the left foot
On Frame 14: Adjusted the Translation on the left foot so that the z-value equals that on frame 12 minus the heel roll
On Frame 17: Adjusted the Translation on the right foot on the x-value outward
On Frame 17: Adjusted the Rotation of the hip to favor the planted foot
Deleted Frames 3, 9, 14 on Hip
Deleted Translations on Frames 3, 9, 14, 20
Adjusted the Translation of the hip to favor the planted leg on contact poses
Copied all changes made to Frame 1 and pasted onto Frame 24

- Frame 3 needed to show more emphasis on the root body mass support
-Frame 6 the hips need to have more rotation (fixed the contrapposto)
-Frames 8-9 the arms need to have an arc around the body
- Frames 3 & 12 needed to have a root translate down
- Frames 9 & 18 needed to have the up root follow the hips and chest (making it a C-curve position)
-Frame 17 move the legs to make it have an arc
-Frame 3,7,12 & 17 needed more overshoot on the head
- Arms need to have an overshoot
