I am curious if you do contract per job.. I have this small project:

Need a 3dsMax model for a 3 story building. No heavy detail/textures are required.. We have an Auto CAD file for each floor.... The main building walls and floors need to be see through.. We will use this model as part of a high tech digital directory, so the final animation will rotate and will allow us to point out specific areas in any poin t of the building.
We will require some rendering and animation.. It will be aprox 5-10 sec and we'll pic the shots and rotations
