Flash Programmer / Developer

We have an immediate opening for a Flash Programmer and Designer with strong creative design skills. The candidate will work with project managers and the creative staff to develop and produce high-impact Flash elements and Web sites.
Job Duties:
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and programmers to produce high quality Flash designs.
• Design for multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Develop, analyze, recommend, and implement Flash elements for commercial and government web sites, corporate branding, and other communications solutions.
• Development and implementation of Flash-based interfaces for web applications.
Required Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of Macromedia Flash development for web animation, ActionScript programming, XML, and object oriented programming is a must. Experience in developing Flash components that interact with external databases.
• Must be comfortable in a growing, dynamic company environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Web, and design principles with strong conceptual development, layout and illustration skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Independent. Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or similar graphics creation tools a plus.
• 1+ years of experience with Flash Remoting.
This is a full-time position. No consultants or contractors.
Job location is San Antonio, Tx
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annual salary with performance bonuses, benefits available, 401K plan, paid vacation.
