    Is the camera fixed or moving with the character? If it is its adding a weird momentum problem to the motion.

    That and the guy's left side seems heavier than the right.

        Yeah, without a texture on the floor it's really tough for the viewer to be oriented.

        Really look at some research on this one. Right now many of the poses are right, but the motion in general is wrong. As his arms swing back and forth, they actually stop in motion at times. They also appear to swing back behind his back.

        Look carefully at the feet; remember that the toe stays down long into the passing phase and flips up to land on the bottom of the foot late. Remember that the foot doesn't suddenly pop up before the "flight" section of the run. Right now, you've got the passing foot really close to the ground and then all of a sudden it pops up really high before the other foot takes off.

        Be conscious of a more economic movement.

        Look carefully at getting your upper body and lowerbody a bit closer in sync. Right now the arms are behind and is part of the reason why the motion looks so jerky.
