There are also "low virtual memory errors" on 5-6 machines and a few won't even log into to anything.

      Usual Fixes

For the one with the memory error cheaters fix is to reinstall the program, best if uninstalled then reinstalled.

On the other machines the low virtually mem errors are caused by an excessive amount of programs running (in the foreground and background). Some of the machines downstairs have a continual running process for a spyware program if its upstairs as well you can bet this coupled with Adobe and Macromedia products could produce the problem.

They easiest fix can be done by increasing virtual memory, the best route is to really look at the machines see what is running. You should keep what is required kill all other processes this way it’s a fix and not a temporary patch. Either will usually require an admin log in.
