  • Aww crap, not good...

Recently I lost an animation I did of the full body long jump and am trying to replace the roll attributes in order to restart my work. The R_Foot (Roll) was no problem yet, for some reason, the L_Foot (Roll) is giving me trouble on the -5 setting. The toe and heel are pivoting upwards instead of the heel pivoting down and the toe up. I've tried going in and resetting all the attributes (-5:-25, 5:40, 10:20) but that did not work. Could someone please help, appreciate it...

Post the file. iIt's pretty hard to see what's wrong without the file.

Hey Drew, does the title seem appropriate for children under 7? ;)

check the orientation of the joints on the foot. make sure the y is up down and the x, z, or in the right position. Also, it is better to save your files as .ma , instead of .mb. It prevents data corruption.
