Assignment Due 8/24 Rig a single chain creature like fish

Please find a single chain model and then create joint for it, bind it and then paint the skin weight.

Requirements:

1, Joint chain have reasonable hierarchy.
2, the skin weight support basic movement.
3, all joint has to be named.
