406-11 Computer down

406-11 gave off this burning smell & won't turn back on. I unplugged it for now.
One of the students had his phone usb plugged into the front, not sure if that's what caused it.

Picked up system and brought it down to the helpdesk. Once system was open I could tell it was the power supply that has failed. Plugged in a test power supply. System Runs normally with no electrical smell. System needs to have a new power supply of 500 watts or greater ordered for replacement. Due to the system being harvested semester after last the power supply is not* covered under dells warranty.
