UV's screwing up like hell

I dont know why this is happening but my shirt keeps screwing up in the uv's each time I open the file
I have a snap shot of the uv's normal, and the screwed up ones. Also for some reason the shirt has output nodes, and I dont know how to get rid of them. and every time I delete the history on one object it gives output nodes for another.
