      Good Job Andrew. Baby dosen't look starved any more.

      The mother elephant is cropped so tight that it sort of appears as just a series of color frames. Not a bad problem but keep the attention in the baby elephant. Several of Angelo's suggestions are on target (thanks Angelo). Not sure you need the extra white on the back foot nearest the viewer.

        That is nice, I really like the elephant's expression.

        You might consider thinning out the shadow at the top of the elephant a bit. That way, the shadows on the lower body and legs really stick out.
