Senior Visual Designer
Interact Mediaworks seeks senior hands-on designers for both our American Fork, Utah and our South Bend, Indiana studios. Responsibilities require outstanding 2-D GUI design and production for Director, Flash, web, and occasional print projects. Experience with 3d technologies and working with 3d animators is a plus. You will join a top-level team of other professional designers, animators, programmers, and managers. We are seeking full-time designers, but if you are an exceptional freelancer that meets our criteria, please contact us.
For 12 years Interact Mediaworks has been a premium producer of interactive multimedia, animations, and simulations for training and marketing. We are stable and growing, with an additional office in Princeton, New Jersey. Our markets are the high technology, premium automotive, and, predominately, the biotechnology sector. Our clients rank at the top of their sectors, and your capabilities need to match. Interact Mediaworks offers commensurate compensation and benefits.
Experience/Skill Requirements
- Must have strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as mastery of the creative disciplines.
- Candidates must have 5+ years visual design experience - specifically in the areas of UI, web, and interactive design.
- 3+ years Information Architecture or Usability experience with a Web and/or Interface focus and a strong understanding of Internet and Multimedia technologies.
- Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and HTML required.
- A strong understanding of designing site/interface functionality, interaction, site architecture, data flow, and intuitive navigation schemes.
- Well-developed problem solving and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to produce to tight deadlines within a team environment.
- Professionalism when interfacing with clients.
-Beneficial consideration given for advanced skill in Dreamweaver, CSS, JavaScript, 3DS Max, DHTML, XML, and ASP.

- BA degree
