Several people mentioned problems getting InDesign to let you do hanging punctuation for quotes. The problem is that you can not go outside the text frame. What you have to do is:
1. Set the type in the frame.
2. Indent ALL the text away from the frame edge.
3. Negative indent the first line until the alignment is correct.
