Please no UT2004 to outside servers

Although I think that they are misunderstanding the problem; the network folks are blaming UT2004 on the lag that's happening on campus. So....could everyone please make sure not to play UT2004 on any outside servers for a while.

I'm going to try and set up a test to make sure that they know that it isn't the games that are slowing things down; but until then, please lay of the UT2004.
